PROGRAM

Lloyd Rhodes introduced Judge Dale Ross who joined the bench in 1981.  Judge Ross stated that we currently have 17 judges running for election.  He stated that judge's do not run under the public rules; they can only talk about themselves and not their personal views.  The voter should vote on a judge based on if they are a good judge or will make a good judge, if they are hardworking, intelligent, and is a good human being.  He stated that the public needs to be involved and get to know the candidates.  He then had a question and answer period.

FOUR WAY TEST

Of the things we think, say or do:

    1.   Is it the TRUTH?

       2.   Is it FAIR to all concerned?

       3.   Will it build GOOD WILL and

              BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

       4.   Will it be BENEFICIAL to all

              concerned?
