PROGRAM

District Governor Doug Maymon is a Past President of the Pembroke Pines Rotary Club and the Weston Rotary Club.  He has been awarded Districts Rotarian of the year three times. He spoke about the upcoming District Conference which is scheduled on November 11 - November 15th and will be on the Majesty of the Sea (Royal Caribbean) cruise ship.  It will be a little bit of Rotary and alot of fun.  He said to book your cabin early since cabins are running out.  Mr. Maymon also spoke about Rotary weekend with the Miami Dolphins which is scheduled for December 4th and 5th.  This year's Rotary motto is Building Communities and Bridging Continents.  He stated that Rotary adds value to our lives by participating in such projects as the exchange student program, GSE, Polio Plus etc.  He said that Rotary provides great fellowship, great table conversation, the ability to network and great weekly speakers.

FOUR WAY TEST

Of the things we think, say or do:

    1.   Is it the TRUTH?

       2.   Is it FAIR to all concerned?

       3.   Will it build GOOD WILL and

              BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?

       4.   Will it be BENEFICIAL to all

              concerned?
